Stefano Cortese

Software engineer and technical advisor with a path built between startups, scale-ups and consumer products. I founded FLOKO Technologies to bring the same intensity — code, strategy, execution — to people building something new or scaling what already exists.

I work as a Fractional CTO and advisor for founders who need senior technical leadership without the cost of a full-time C-level. When it's needed, I write the code myself.
